Synopsis:
Doctor Proctor is a crazy professor, brilliant but penniless. But his neighbors Lise and Bulle (10) are thrilled by his latest invention, a fart powder that allows you to take off into the air like a rocket. However, this attracts the attention of the shady Mr. Thrane. He steals the formula and has Doctor Proctor and Bulle thrown into prison. In an adventurous race, Bulle tries to escape from prison to uncover the scam with Lise.
